1. General Terms of Use

1.1. Access to and use of the HAC website and the platforms made available by HAC imply full acceptance of these General Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”.

1.2. These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in conjunction with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1.3. By accessing the HAC website or any of the platforms made available by HAC, the User expressly declares that he/she/they understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the applicable national and European legal provisions.

Unauthorised use constitutes a legal infringement and may subject the User to legal liability under applicable law.

1.5. HAC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published on HAC’s website. Continued use of the website after publication of any changes will be deemed as tacit acceptance of the new terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The website, the platforms made available, and the information contained therein are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAC makes no express, implied, or statutory warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or that access to the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
